Customer: 3 months old and mvwc565fw0
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: Yes
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?

Does it agitate in the rinse cycle then?

Customer: replied 6 months ago.
but not nearly as bad as the wash cycle
Expert:  Kelly replied 6 months ago.

So it does agitate but just makes noise when doing so?

Customer: replied 6 months ago.
In the wash cycle when it goes into agitate it barely moves and makes a very loud clicking sound

So the issue is likely with the drive pulley or the actuator, numbers 16 & 10, in the diagram at the link below. Are you wanting to repair it yourself, even though it is still under warranty?

Yeah I was thinking about just getting it done myself
Expert:  Kelly replied 6 months ago.

Check to be sure the nut on the large drive pulley is tight. That has been a source of trouble with these, they work loose. Let me know what you find.

Will do, thank you

Roger that, keep me posted.
