so it sounds like the problem may be with the drive motor. Have you inspected it? Do you have a multimeter that you can test it with?

Customer: replied 9 months ago.
No I haven't and I don't have a tester
Customer: replied 9 months ago.
I replaced the motor even with the belt off it will turn then stop however with enough force it will go around
Expert:  Webb-Guy replied 9 months ago.

What do you mean by you replaced the motor? You put a new one in?

Customer: replied 9 months ago.
I put a new motor, motor control and a new computer all today
Customer: replied 9 months ago.
I removed the belt and tried spinning the drum manually and it'll turn about a half of spin then get really tight and with enough force I can get it to go around I put a flashlight in side to see if maybe something was stuck but can't seem to see anything and I even clean out the coin trap
Expert:  Webb-Guy replied 9 months ago.

ok so since all the practical parts seemed to do nothing and its not wanting to turn even when you removed the belt its sounding like the drive pulley may not be allowing it turn completely .

How would I know if it that is there a way to check it?
Expert:  Webb-Guy replied 9 months ago.

You can take the back off and inspect it. It sounds like its keeping the drum from turning though.

Customer: replied 9 months ago.
The pulls has an Allen key in the middle would that be the way to remove it?
Expert:  Webb-Guy replied 9 months ago.

yes it would

Customer: replied 9 months ago.
Would you know if it's clock wise or counter clock wise I can't seem to budge it
Expert:  Webb-Guy replied 9 months ago.

i believe its counter clockwise if I remember correctly.

Customer: replied 9 months ago.
Bolt is definitely not moving . Any suggestions ?
Customer: replied 9 months ago.
Tried both ways even with a hammer
Expert:  Webb-Guy replied 9 months ago.

are you able to turn the pulley and the drum not turn?

Customer: replied 9 months ago.
If I turn the pulley the drum will turn
Expert:  Webb-Guy replied 9 months ago.

ok so then that is not the problem then. Now inspect the washer door boot is it bound up or looks like anything is in there preventing it from allowing the drum to move?

Customer: replied 9 months ago.
Did that already
Expert:  Webb-Guy replied 9 months ago.

ok so i am going to open this up to other experts because I can not think of anything further. One moment while someone else reaches out to you.
