I have a Kenmore mod# 795.51312.013 and the ice bin below

Customer Question

I have a Kenmore mod# ***** and the ice bin below the maker will not pull out. If looking at it seams to be stuck on the right side. Any suggestions?
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Kenmore is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: I bought it about a year and a half ago from Sears. double checked mod# ***** ser# ***** manufacture date 7-12
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: Yes, have removed the bin for cleaning many times in the past by sliding it out.
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: No, have always grasped the front bottom and it slid right out without any problem

Does it appear that anything may have been spilled or is is frozen in the back?

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
It doesn't look like it. Appears the wire that runs from the small flap at end of the auger to the rear of the unit is hung at the rear.

Wire, as in electrical wire? Can you post a picture of what you see?

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
no it is not an electrical wire but a metal piece about 1/8" in diameter

Never mind I fixed the problem on my own. please do not charge my card
