Press and hold last button on bottom row on the right, CONTROL LOCK. Does the light go out and allow normal operation?

Kelly-
I plugged it back in and the door lock light is still flashing. When I push start it doesn't even click as if to start the cycle.
Expert:  Kelly replied 6 months ago.

What happens if you try to pause or cancel?

Nothing. Still flashing.

Would that keep the cycle from starting?
Customer: replied 6 months ago.
Will this be something we can do our self or should we call a repairman?
Expert:  Kelly replied 6 months ago.

The door lock has several switches in it and they all have to "jive" or it will not allow a cycle to start. I am not sure of your mechanical skills but it does require the rubber door gasket be removed.

Customer: replied 6 months ago.
Ok - thank you so much for your assistance Kelly

Absolutely my pleasure, thank you!
