Customer Question

I was replacing the bulb in my stove and when I took the wire off the bulb cover I heard an electric sound and the bulb I was replacing lit up then went back out. I unplugged the stove and after checking the back I noticed the hot wire going to the bulb was grounding out on the stove itself. I adjusted the insulation and wire connector. I checked the main board and all electric lines for damage and didn't see any. I also checked the breaker and the power outlet. Everything seems to check out but i still don't get a response when I plug the stove back in. I need to know if there is a fuse I might have blown.

Do you have a model number located on a sticker around the front frame of the oven and can be seen if you open the door or remove the drawer below the door if there is one so that I can better assist you?
