But, please be assured that I will be giving you my best effort to help solve your problem.

It has been a very busy night.

You do not have to remove the top of the washer to gain access to the pump. You only need to tip the washer up against the wall and the pump is located on the bottom of the tub. It is held in a 2 or 3 screws and just pops out. Once you get it out, you can check the pump and look up into the bottom of the tub to make sure there is not an article of clothing blocking the inlet.
