1.My ice dispenser makes a clunking noise when it is dispensing crushed ice. The front panel vibrates and tries to push out as it is crushing ice. This does not happen with whole cubes.
JA: What's the make and model? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: 2. My ice maker is dripping inside the freezer. I have long icicles hanging.
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?

Customer: Hopefully, I can replace parts myself.

The issue is likely with the crusher assembly in the bucket. Remove the bucket and dump the ice into a large container. Run hot water through the bucket and ice crusher assembly to remove any stuck ice clumps. Install back to freezer and see if the behavior changes, please. Let me know what happens, please.
