When you start a cycle the first thing it should do is drain the water out.

As its not draining do you hear a slight humming noise comming from the bottom of the dishwasher?

Customer: replied 9 months ago.
No humming noise, just the regular noise that it makes when running.
The soapy/dirty water from the wash cycle is not pumping out, so the dishes are not clean at the end of the cycle.

Ok if its just not draining at all then you need to scoop out all the water inside the dishwasher.

Then you need to remove the outer door panel.

Then from there you need to remove the cover below the door.

Then you will be able to see the workings under there.

Locate the pump. Its at the front in the middle. You need to remove the pump from there and clear out any debris thats stuck in there. Becarfull as its usually glass stuck in there.

Once clear refit the pump and retry it on a cycle and fingers crossed this will cure the fault from there and get it draining again.
