The defrost drain is frozen shut and will need to be thawed. The easiest way is to allow the drain to thaw naturally with the doors open for 24 hours or you will have to disassemble the entire freezer to get the rear panel off. This is a known issue on this model and one that a kit has been designed for. The link below is to the kit and also a video showing how it is installed.
