Hi I have a LG electric stove and don't want to work
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your LG is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: It's about 2 years old and I don't know the model of it
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: I would like someone to come out and check

Oftentimes, turning the breaker off for at least 15 minutes will reset the electronics. Can you turn the breaker off for 15 minutes and see if proper operation restores, please?
