Are you getting any kind of an error code or is it just blinking and/or beeping and not spinning/agitating?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
no error code
Expert:  Engineer-Tech replied 11 months ago.

Does your model have a display or just lights?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
Lights and a time display. how do I run a diagnostic test?
Expert:  Engineer-Tech replied 11 months ago.

The diagnostic is to complex to do over the chat window. You will need to take the bottom panel off to get the tech sheet and follow it step by step. You will then be able to pull the historic error codes to identify the problem. It will likely be the motor control unit.

There was a heavy load in the Washer when it happen. Can we reset the out of balance on the spin cycle ? The spin goes slowly then stops . Will not fully spin. Can this be the problem
Expert:  Engineer-Tech replied 11 months ago.

Is the washer draining fully?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
seems to be
Expert:  Engineer-Tech replied 11 months ago.

Then the MCU (motor control unit) can easily cause this symptom. I am surprised that you are not getting an error code. It needs to be put into diagnostics to determine the failed component. If you would rather a technician come out to do this I can find some highly rated ones in your area.

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
Can he come today?
Expert:  Engineer-Tech replied 11 months ago.

What I can do for you is to give you the names and numbers of some highly rated technicians in your area so that you can call them and find out. Please give me your zip code.
