Customer: yes
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: I changed the thermostat & top heating element

Hello, I'm Joel and will be glad to help you today.

If the stove top works properly which means the unit is getting the proper voltage then unfortunately you changed the wrong element the element that needed changing is gonna be the hidden bake element at the bottom of the range.
