ok and the upper oven Lower Bake element works fine?

Do you have a Volt-Ohm meter and know how to use it? to be able to do any component or voltage testing

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
the bake element works fine. Yes I have a meter.
Expert:  Whrlp Master Tech replied 8 months ago.

Ok great have you tested the Broil element to see if it is getting voltage when you have Broil on?

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
no, can I just unscrew it and pull it out a little to have access to the wires and then turn broil on and measure voltage on the 2 wires? what voltage should I see
Expert:  Whrlp Master Tech replied 8 months ago.

yes that is the best way to test for voltage .

just make sire the wires /terminals do not touch the chassis.

You will be looking for 240 volts A/C

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
0 V AC
Expert:  Whrlp Master Tech replied 8 months ago.

ok Since the Bake works fine for that oven you have to have a bad upper oven control board .

It will need to be replaced.

The link below is to the part you will need from a highly recommended company rated A+ with the Better Business Bureau.
They offer a 100% money back guarantee, EVEN ON INSTALLED ELECTRICAL PARTS, for an entire year!
They are the only company to allow returns on installed parts for a refund and offer a FULL ONE YEAR WARRANTY!

The upper oven relay control board is located right behind the clock control board

If you have any questions just reply back to me .
