That error means the control sees an issue with the ice pipe heater, see the attached page. Is it still making ice?

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
ice bucket is full--hard to tell.
Customer: replied 10 months ago.
how do I fix it?
Expert:  Kelly replied 10 months ago.

That would not really cause an issue with the fresh food section anyway. Do you see any frost built up on the back wall in the refrigerator? Is the fan running?

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
frig is not frosted---not sure if fan is on. I can hear noises...
Customer: replied 10 months ago.
freezer was frosted over last week, but we thought we had left the door somewhat open?
Expert:  Kelly replied 10 months ago.

So that is probably the issue. Is the refrigerator pretty full?

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
it's normal 'full'....not overly. do I reset the panel?
the freezer is sort of full?
Expert:  Kelly replied 10 months ago.

Well, a reset may be done by unplugging for at least 15 minutes, that will restore all defaults. However, the frost will not go away on its own. If you saw it, it is built up behind the panel, too.

I don't have frost anymore, anywhere. so. I should try to unplug?
remove some stuff from freezer?
Expert:  Kelly replied 10 months ago.

I would unplug for 24 hours with doors open. If you saw frost anywhere, it is behind the panels and in the air channels, too. Even if you cannot see it, it is there.

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
if we do that, and the panel does not reset--do I need to call someone?
Expert:  Kelly replied 10 months ago.

Well, I am not sure if you want to undertake disassembly and electrical testing but I can help either way!
