That error means there is an issue with the cooling fan. Can you please post the rest of the model number from the tag on the oven?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
where is the tag? if it is inside I cannot open the door
Expert:  Kelly replied 11 months ago.

It is, that's okay, we can work around that for now. Has the oven cooled?

It usually takes several hours after the cycle has completed for me to open the door.
Expert:  Kelly replied 11 months ago.

Okay, it will have to cool before the door will open but the cooling fan will likely need to be replaced. The fan is accessed for replacement by pulling the oven from the cabinet and removing the top access panel. Once I have the complete model number, I can get you the correct part link.

just so there is not danger of fire from the heat. can I cook in the oven or do I have to replace the fan first?
I guess I will return to give the model number once I can get to it

There is also a potential issue of the cabinet being damaged, too. See the attached page. Once you get it unlocked and pulled out, it will be easier to diagnose. The control will not allow it to heat if it sees an issue with the fan.
