I have a new Frigadaire side by side that the freezer isn't cooling
JA: What's the make and model? And have you checked the settings recently?
Customer: has been plugged in less thn a week but bought it at a scratch and dent sale so no warranty
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: it was set on 7 and I turned it up to 9 but getting warmer not cooler
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: I did make crushed ice last night; could something have gotten clogged or something
