I have a GE stove and the oven top (broil) element is burned out. I cannot seem to find a replacement for it. What can I do?

The number you have listed is actually a manufacturing number. Can I get the full model number which will be location on a sticker around the front frame of the oven and seen if you open the door or remove the drawer/panel below the door if there is one on your model.
