How long has it been plugged in and running? Can you hear a fan running in the freezer section?

Customer: replied 9 months ago.
I am hearing the machine running but don't think its a fan. Actually the degrees are lit up and changing to lower but the refrigerator and freezer sections are both still warm. Its been plugged in for about 1 hr.

I have appointments in the morning but will be here after. We need to seeif we are getting 120 VAC to the compressor. If you are, the overload on the compressor is likely faulty. If not, the board has issues....keep me posted.
