The freezer is working fine, but the refrigerator is not. Is there anything I can do?
JA: What's the make and model of the fridge? And can you guesstimate how old is it?
Customer: I can't find a model. Purchased in 90's. freezer is below refrigerator. It is built into a wooden cabinet area
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: If I can. I will probably have to call a serviceman
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: There is a fan blowing some cool air in the back. I feel heat in the lighting at the top front
