Need Appliance Repair Help? Ask a Technician for Answers ASAP
Hi my name is Robert....
What I would do to start is try another power source, make sure the outlet you are plugged into is not at fault, check the connections on the power cord, sometimes they can get bent and then it would not allow the cpap to turn on, unplug the machine and check the power adapter cord, plug back in and see if it turns on. IF you have a sd card on the back of the machine remove it and then put it back in and see if it will turn on. Beyond that you might have a bad power supply or the machine it's self has failed. I own a CPAP and had the box go out that the power supply plugs into and there was no way around it without replacing it..... Hope this helps some.... Robert
