My microwave a kenmore Elite model 790 works intermittently working around 80% of the time now. Have had the control board replaced and door replaced 2 or 3 times. They, Sears, are coming out again but we get no satisfaction when they come.
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Kenmore is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: It is 3 years old
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: It is a microwave/wall oven combination model 790 and no it is still under an extended warranty We have also had problems with the convection oven too. We want it replaced per the warrant that we brought and the # of service calls
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: No that's about it. It is a real lemon
