JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Whirlpool is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?

Customer: the knob doesnot travet to the end ie wrinkle shield or k cool down range like it use to do

So when you run the dryer in the timed dry cycle, you have no heat?

I only have on the autonatic drying cycle. the burner operates on the energy saver part of the cycle

ity is the energy saver part and need to run the clothes two or three times before they are dry

the thermal fuse has continuty. i checked the thermostats on the blower housing for continuity .they checked good.
