Wash time will depend heavily upon water temperature. Is the water hot going into the dishwasher, at least 120* F?
Sorry for the call offer, I have no control over those.
I can help here, you don't need to pay for a call.
Are you running the water at the tap to get it hot before starting the dishwasher?
If you don't run the water at the tap first to get it hot, the water will be cold going in and greatly increase the wash time. Can you try a cycle by running the water at the sink first then starting a wash cycle?
It may be that the heater is not working, too. Or, a thermostat may be faulty. How old is the dishwasher?
The 2 hour delay feature means it will not start for 2 hours. Maybe you are thinking it is supposed to start right away??
