Customer Question

Hi. I'm reading your answer as to whether a commercial electric convection oven needs a hood or not
JA: What's the make and model of your oven? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: Blodgett SHO 100
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: Baking?
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: Can I stack a deck & convection on top of the other--myself? I can't seem to find that type of combo oven

Welcome to JustAnswer. You can stack those two ovens, as long as they are stable. As for the question on the need for a vent hood, it varies by location. You should check with your local public health and fire marshal departments for the regulations in your area.
