Hello and welcome to just answer my name is ***** ***** I will be the one to assist you. When you try pressing the buttons to turn the temp down they are not working?

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
When I push The freezer button it shows a - 4 temp but the ice cream is melting
Expert:  Webb-Guy replied 10 months ago.

ok so that tells me even though the board is saying its -4 obviously it is not. So we are going to need to check out a few things. First we need to check the condenser coils to see if they are frozen. If they are then we need to use a blow dryer to defrost them. They will be located behind the back panel on the inside of the freezer.

I am unable to get to the coils Are they out side the back?
Expert:  Webb-Guy replied 10 months ago.

no they are on the inside behind the back panel.

you should see a vent or fan or something around the area and you will know that is where they are located .
