I have a Jenn-Air wall oven model W256. I am trying to clean

Customer Question

I have a Jenn-Air wall oven model W256. I am trying to clean it and I keep getting a beeping and there is a flashing F8 on the display. What is wrong?
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Jenn-Air is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: It's about 25 years old and has been working fine. I thought the model was W156, W256 or W276. They are all listed on the manual. Is there someplace else I should look?
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: Yes, unless it requires more than pushing buttons.
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: not that I know, unless you have a question.

The F8 indicates an issue with the door switches on the lock assembly. Did this occur while trying to start a self clean cycle?
