our whirlpool duet steam is locked. i started a wash and forgot we had turned off the water supply while we were on vacation. Now it sounds like it's running, but nothing is happening. Can't get the door unlocked!
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Whirlpool is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: 1 year old. it sway whirlpool duet steam on the front. Model number is *****
