Customer Question

Looks like I Looks like I've tried everything. The answer on this page suggests I've got a faulty control board. This thing has been a lemon from day one.
JA: I'll do all I can to help. How long have you been dealing with this?
Customer: This issue--just in the last few hours. Drain pump continues to run and the sanitize and refill rinse aid light flash. Periodically.
JA: How long has this been going on? And how severe is the problem?
Customer: Can't get the thing to start or shut off. I've turned the circuit breaker off but it won't reset.
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: Well, I was going to, but if it's a control board, that's beyond my skills.
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: It's a Bosch SHV9ER53UC. Supposedly top of the line years ago.

Hello and welcome to just answer my name is ***** ***** I will be the one to assist you. It does sound like the problem is with your board and will need to be replaced but honestly if you are willing to do the work its not a hard task to take on. You just unplug the old board and put the same wires in the places on the new one.
