  1. Is the compressor running?
  2. May I please have your model number so I am able to provide you with accurate, model specific information?

Okay, so to confirm, you are certain the compressor is running and the fan in the freezer is running, however, there is no cooling at all in either section?

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
Correct, best I can tell...
Expert:  Kelly replied 10 months ago.

If that is the case, the refrigerant has leaked out. The freezer should be cold within a few hours and temperatures should be stable in both sections within 24 hours. It will need to be serviced under warranty or replaced by the retailer.
