HI, my name is***** will be assisting you.

Based on the information that you have provided I assume that the unit is running, drum is turning or spinning, just no heat is that correct?

The first thing that I would look at is the igniter on the unit, it may be bad(burnt out) causing the unit to not ignite and heat up.

The second thing is the gas valve, it may not be operating properly to allow gas to flow through it in order to heat up the machine.
