Kenmore electric clothes dryer won't dry. NO electric

Hi.. Kenmore electric clothes dryer won't dry. NO electric current going to NEW heat element. Replaced thermal cut-off & hi-limit thermostat on heater housing. Also replaced thermistor & thermal fuse at blower housing. All these parts have continuity. continuity
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Kenmore is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: model# ***** 14 years old, Checked timer. Has continuity on ALL heat levels.
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: Yes. And dryer is getting all 240volts coming in..
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: Cleaned & blew-out lint chamber,outlet pipe & vent hose to outside outlet.
