Have you inspected the washer arms to see if they are clogged or damaged?

Customer: replied 9 months ago.
it appears that plenty of water is passing thru

If the tiny holes are clogged in any way it can cause this to happen that is the reason I was asking. In the event they are not clogged what type of water do you have in your home? Hard water city water well water?

Customer: replied 9 months ago.
City water but it is not hard
Expert:  Webb-Guy replied 9 months ago.

It is a possibility that the water inlet valve has build up in there which can cause this to happen to your dishes. Sediment builds up over time and can cause this. Problem is you can not clean it you would have to replace it.
