I have a GE microwave that I'm trying to repair myself, I need some advice
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your GE is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: 2006
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: je2160sf03 yes
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: The microwave is was working but not heating. I attempted to replace the diode but I think I burned something up because after I plugged it back up to the capacity it started to spark and now nothing works.

The microwave will not power on after plugging it up. I looked at the wire end and it is definitely burned.
