Error code E64 on a dryer. gas dryer turns on and runs for

Customer Question

Error code E64 on a dryer. gas dryer turns on and runs for five minutes then displays E64 error code. Was looking for a manual that listed the error codes. It also has three lights that flash five times and then repeat every twenty seconds. Is that part of the error code or just an alert?
JA: What's the make and model of your dryer? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: electrolux model FASE7021NWO. It's 4 yrs old
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: If I can.
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: Not that I can think of

The error code of F64 is an open heater circuit.

Do you have a Volt-Ohm meter and know how to use it to be able to test the heating element?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
It's an E64 error code, not F64. And I do have a multimeter to test circuits
Expert:  Whrlp Master Tech replied 11 months ago.

Yes The E is for error I wish spoke when I said F it is an E code

Ok so you will need to open the dryer up and test for continuity on the heating element.

If the heater does not have continuity then the heating element will need to be replaced.
