Customer Question

my Miele w1918 won't go into the spin cycle. THe pump seems to be pumping though.
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Miele is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: novotronic 1918. Not sure of the age. Came with our house.
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: yes.
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: don't think so. The rinse 1-2 light keeps blinging blinking

So what you are going to need to do is inspect the two hoses that connect to the drain pump to see if they are clogged with lint or debris. Hopefully that is all it is. If not then you will need to check the drain pump for any clogs. Let me know what you find.

As you can see, the pump is pumping and clear. The mashine is stuck on rinse. All water pumps out just fine.

ok if all the water is pumping out fine then what your you are experiencing is an internal problem with your control board. Control boards can not be testing they have to be replaced.
