The freezer should be 0-10* F and the refrigerator 35-38* F. Are you having trouble with your refrigerator?

How about inspecting the coils in the back to see if they are frozen it sounds like that may be the problem you are having. You can just ignore the phone call offer. We are not sending it to you.
