My whirlpool has a lock out feature and I can not get it unlocked. any ideas. someone suggested a new filter but that didn't work.
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Whirlpool is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: It was purchased new 11/10/2012. And the mode no. is Whirlpool 30" French Door
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: WRF560SEYW is the model no. and im alone so will have to get someone if it is too difficult
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: the ice maker takes a long time to make ice,
