Did you replace that WR55X10102 for that issue?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I replaced that board because I had my old one had broken
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
my refrigerator stop cooling , when my board broke.. so I decided to buy the part and put it on myself, but it's in programming mode..
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I can't get out of program mode and my refrigerator is still not cooling
Expert:  Kelly replied 1 year ago.

That model does not have a program mode.

Expert:  Kelly replied 1 year ago.

The main board is having issues, you replaced the dispenser board, the low voltage switching board. Please allow me just a few minutes to prepare some information for you, thank you!

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Could it be a bad board even, if it came from fox appliances
Expert:  Kelly replied 1 year ago.

The board you replaced is only a dispenser board, it will not cause the issue you are having. You need the main board. I am preparing that information for you now.

Expert:  Kelly replied 1 year ago.

The main board is number 801 in the diagram at the link below. It is mounted on the back of the cabinet. All connections simply unplug and plug in, making for an easy replacement.

I know about the main board and how to replace it... But the board where the freezer and refrigerator knobs are, is still not responding
Expert:  Kelly replied 1 year ago.

Correct, that is a low voltage User Interface board, the main board will need to be replaced to correct that issue. Those low voltage boards hardly ever fail, I have never replaced one.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
It's the temperature control board.. not the dispenser board
Expert:  Kelly replied 1 year ago.

I will see if another can help.
