Hello and welcome to just answer my name is ***** ***** I will be the one who will assist you today. Have you checked to see if there is any debris around the drain pump?

If you are trying to drain it yourself you can lean the machine forward at a 45 degree angle and try taking the water out that way but of course there is still a problem and it will continue to happen until we figure out if your drain pump has failed or if its just clogged?
