Thank you, ***** ***** wanted to be very sure of my diagnosis. I believe the main control will need to be replaced. The cycle I had you try is a forced cycle and, if the control is working, should start no matter what. The main control is accessed by removing the screws from the back of the top panel, sliding the panel back and lifting it off. The control is in the right front corner. All connections simply unplug and plug in making for an easy replacement.
