Yes if you're certain everything is clean, then you either have a bad control board or you have a bad drain pump. The key is to note whether or not the water actually drained out when the error appears. If the washer definitely didn't drain the water out, replace the drain pump because it's just not draining fast enough. Now on the other hand if the washer does drain out but you just get an error code anyways, you need to replace the main control board called the "CCU" for short.
