Everything I read on the internet says it could be the door latch/lock. but I can hear it lock and can ot open it after it starts, however if i open the door before and hold the bottom the machine starts but doesn't try to lock?

Is it pumping the water out of the machine?

but when the timer jumps back it refills.
Expert:  AppTech8579 replied 10 months ago.

This is going to be a faulty pump. Replace the pump.

Already replaced pump.
Expert:  AppTech8579 replied 10 months ago.

If you already replaced the pump and same thing then the control board is at fault and will need to be replaced.

Okay let's start over, I have replaced the pump the pressure switch the control board and the water fill valve

With the machine off and the door closed, press and hold the delicates and heavy soil keys simultaneously for about 3 seconds. Then, press the presoak key and a "d" should appear on the screen. Now, use the down arrow button to toggle through the error codes, writing down all that are displayed. Let me know what you find, please.
