Hello and welcome to Just Answer my name is ***** ***** I will be the one who tries to assist you today. I am sorry to hear you are having trouble with your dishwasher. Do you happen to know the model number of your dishwasher so I can pull up the correct manual.

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
Have been unable to find the model number. Where would it be located?
Expert:  Webb-Guy replied 10 months ago.

Typically with most dishwashers you can find the model number by opening the door and checking on the top side of the lid or sometimes it is around the seal of the door. Try looking in there and let me know what you find.

Ok so when you are sliding the tray out are you visibly seeing what is happening? Typically there are wheels on the side of a rack that help them to slide in and out. So I am curious as to if something is broken in there or or not connecting correctly or is just off center?
