Customer: it should be warranty though

the oven both upper and lower do not heat

If neither oven is heating, you have likely lost one side of the 240 volt power supply. Even if the breaker looks fine, turn it off and back on and see if it then heats. Let me know what happens, please.

Turned breaker on and off twice no effect. Made sure breaker was seated.

Are you able to pull the oven to measure voltage at the connections? How about access the the junction box where it connects to your home's power supply?

No can't get into back as it in in a built-in cabinet. Is there an access panel under the oven?

The junction box may be below but the oven will need to be pulled for everything else.
