Have a model 532 Subzero that is leaking water at the lower door area of the freeze, the drain tube out of the refrigerator is clear.
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Sub-Zero is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: About 1994
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: If possible
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: We have looked under the unit and can not see where the water is coming from, seems to happen once a day and dumps a about a cup of water.

ok , if it is coming out the bottom both drains go into one big drain pan ,it is mounted to the bottom of the fridge ,after removing the access kickplate..there is a hanger and the front part of the drip pan clips in ,that pan may be cracked ? have you had that out and tested to see if it holds water ?

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
