Why does my new refrigerator have a lot of snowy frost in it. I just discovered it now. It been working fine that I know of. This is the first I've seen of this problem.

thats in the freezer , do you have a model number ? if the frost is on the food ,shelves railings ,? it can only be from air getting in, the freezer is not sealing ..there may be a gap that is keeping the seal open ,some food binding the door open ? it may need rails ..or a new gasket ..if its under warranty ,warranty can fix it for free ..but its definately from air getting in
