The Normal and 48 lights go off by themselves. They go on when I press the Heated Dry button or when I open the dishwasher

Did the lock light go out?

Customer: replied 12 months ago.
Light next to HeatedDry still on. No way to turn it off.
Expert:  Kelly replied 12 months ago.

It should go off when you press and hold the Heated Dry button. Are you holding it down for 3 seconds?

Customer: replied 12 months ago.
3 sec ++++ does not go off
Expert:  Kelly replied 12 months ago.

If that is the case, the touch pad is likely faulty. You may need to replace the touch panel but there is a trick you can try first. Turn off the power to the appliance. Use a hair dryer to heat the panel up until very warm while rubbing firmly over each of the buttons. Often times, this will restore operation. Be sure to get the panel very warm but not hot enough to damage the plastic. Let me know what happens and I can get you the correct part information.

OK It will take a while but I will try. May not be tonight.

That will be fine, thank you.
