Hi, welcome to Just Answer. Sorry to hear you are having appliance trouble, I know how frustrating that can be! My name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you!

The issue is likely that you have lost the L2 leg of the supply from your breaker box. That is very common and causes the symptoms you are seeing. Turn the breaker totally off and back on, even if it look s okay.

  • Does it then heat? If not, can you access the cord to inspect its connections on the range?
  • Do you have a meter to perform any electrical testing with?
