My GE profile refrigerator is leaking on floor. Model # PFSS6PKXESS. I looked at you tube videos that say draining hole blocked. I cannot find the drainage hole. Any help appreciated.

So you removed the back panel wall of the freezer and can see the evaporator coils? If so the drain is located directly underneath the evaporator coils, if you can't see it then its probably covered by ice, is there ice build up under the coils where the water has backed up and frozen?
