Hello Ken, this is Dave Sorry you are having problems. The code you see is sd and stands for suds. The control thinks there is suds in the washer. This can be caused by slow draining. If there is a restriction in the drain system the code will come up. The pump filter is behind the lower bottom front panel. The panel is held on with 3 screws down near the floor. The cap on the filter screws off, but you need to be ready to catch the water because all the water left in the tub will come out. There may be something in the filter slowing down the drain. Always unplug the washer before removing any panels. Please ask any follow up questions you have. Here is a link to a video showing changing a pump but hopefully just removing the filter and cleaning is all you need to do. There are other things related to the pressure switch that can cause this too but check this first. Dave Video
